We have to wait 30 days after your item sells before we can add credits your account. We need to wait until after returns period has passed and we know that the item has been sold successfully. If the item is returned unfortunately the credit will not be issued and the item will go back on sale.
If the sale is successful you will be notified by email when the credits hit your account on the Friday after the 30 days has passed.
When you receive your email, log in to your account to access the credits. If it is your first time logging in, make sure you activate your account first.
