How do I return an item?
Absolutely. We want secondhand to be just hits, no misses.
That’s why we hand-check every piece of pre-loved clothing. And if something’s not for you, you can return it within 30 days to get a full refund.
To request a return, you need to use the Thrift+ Returns Portal. Head to thrift.plus/returns to send it back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To send an item back, you’ll need to cover the cost of postage. Once we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a full refund (either your payment, Thrift+ Points, or a mix of both). The Thrift+ tag with SKU information must still be attached. If it has fallen off, please ensure it is in the parcel. Items that we receive without tags are not eligible for refunds.
Every single item is covered by the Thrift+ Guarantee. If there’s an issue with your item, you can return it at no extra cost, for a full refund.
What is the Thrift+ Guarantee?
All of our products go through careful quality checks, but our team are human. Occasionally, there might be things we've missed.
Here's where the Guarantee applies:
Description: if the item type, colour, or size in the listing is incorrect.
Condition: if wear and tear were not clear from the photos or description.
Cleanliness: anything unwashed or with an unpleasant smell.Photography: if the photos do not reflect what your item's like in real life.
