How do I return an item?

Absolutely. We want secondhand to be just hits, no misses.

That’s why we hand-check every piece of pre-loved clothing. And if something’s not for you, you can return it within 30 days to get a full refund.

Head to thrift.plus/returns to send it back. You’ll need to cover the cost of postage. But once we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a full refund (either your payment, Thrift+ Points, or a mix of both).

On top of this, every single item is covered by the Thrift+ Guarantee. If there’s an issue with your item, you can return it at no extra cost, for a full refund.


What is the Thrift+ Guarantee?

All of our products go through careful quality checks, but our team are human. Occasionally, there might be things we've missed.

Here's where the Guarantee applies:

Description: if the item type, colour, or size in the listing is incorrect.

Condition: if wear and tear were not clear from the photos or description.

Cleanliness: anything unwashed or with an unpleasant smell.Photography: if the photos do not reflect what your item's like in real life.
