Where is my order?

**Covid-19 Update: Royal Mail is experiencing considerable delays, and it is currently taking upwards 10 working days for items to be delivered. If you still haven't received your item after 1 month, we will refund you, just let us know. Thank you for your patience, and I hope that your item is with you soon!**

We usually dispatch items next working day, and send you an email confirming this. 

If you haven't received your dispatch email after a couple of days:

  1. Please check your junk mail for an email from hello@thrift.plus
  2. Please reach out to us - and we can check on the dispatch for you

We ship our items via Royal Mail, which usually takes 2-3 working days to deliver. If your item hasn't arrived after 10 working days, please get in touch.

We currently don't provide tracking numbers - but are working on fixing this :)
