My items have sold but I have no credit

You earn credits as soon as your item has sold for over £7.50. Upon each successful sale, we will email you 📬 with a credit breakdown. After one of your items is ordered, there is a 30-day period where it will have the status ‘pending sale’ in your account.

Once the 30 days return window has passed and we know your item has found a new home, we’ll send you an email to confirm the successful sale.

My email says I have credits, but I cannot see them on my account

When you receive your email, log in to your account to access the credits. 

If your credit has not arrived in your account, please get in touch with the team by emailing hello@thrift.plus 💬 

If you are a FARFETCH customer, please note that your credits will be available in your FARFETCH account, rather than in your Thrift+ account.
