My items have sold but I have no credit
We are happy to report that we are now able to issue credit to your account as soon as your item has sold.
When your item has sold, we we will email you to give you a break down of the sale.
My email says I have no credits for the sale of my item
We charge a minimum fee of £5. To find out more, please follow this link.
My email says I have credits, but I cannot see them on my account
When you receive your email, log in to your account to access the credits. If you are struggling to log in to your account, you might need to activate your account first.
If your credit has not arrived in your account, please get in touch with the team.
If you are a Farfetch customer, please note that your credits will be available in your Farfetch account, rather than in your Thrift+ account.
