Can you tell me if you would accept my item before I send it in?

We can't provide any guarantees on item acceptance before we've hand-checked it in our warehouse. But a good place to start is with the Brand Checker. Use this to see if your item's brand is accepted.

We asses several things when we receive an item:

• Brand
• Style
• Condition
• Approximate RRP
• Second-hand value & desirability
• Care labels (they need to be attached)

Remember, if the brand doesn't appear on the Brand Checker, it won't be accepted. 

Please note that any item could fail to pass our quality check. In this case, it will be automatically donated to our charity partners for sale in their high street stores, or to be recycled. Unfortunately, due to the volume of items we receive, we are unable to provide feedback on individual decisions and are also unable to return items to donors.
