First, you’ll need to opt in here by adding your bank details.
Once your balance hits £5+, you’re ready to cash out.
To cash out, tap the yellow “ACTIVATE PAYOUT” button before Wednesday midday for the payment to be processed that Friday.
Activate it after Wednesday midday? No stress - it’ll simply roll to the Friday after. (Timings may vary on Bank Holidays and it might take a few days for the transfer to show up in your account, depending on your bank).
The best bit? You’re in control. Cash out weekly, or let your balance grow into a very satisfying pot of gold - totally up to you.
To make sure everything goes off without a hitch, it's really important to double-check your bank details. Just head over to the ‘My Payouts’ section on your dashboard to keep things up to date.
In a very small number of cases, our payment provider may require an identity check which may delay payment. If this is the case, we will contact you to conduct the necessary identification checks.
