If someone orders your item, its status will change to ‘pending sale’ in your Thrift+ account.

Once the item has been dispatched to its new wardrobe, there’s a 30-day returns window.

When the 30 days are up, the status of the item will change to ‘sold’. (And your status will turn to ‘satisfied’)

After an item officially sells, you'll earn credits based on the breakdown below:

For items sold for £4.99 or less, you'll receive a 10% payout.

For items sold in the £5 - £49.99 range, you’ll receive a 20% payout.

For items sold for more than £50, you'll receive a 40% payout.

We’ll email you every time an item sells, and if you've earned credits, we'll give you a breakdown.
