What does the "Pending Sale" status mean?

Every time an item is ordered, its status will appear as “pending sale” in the seller dashboard to reflect the 30-day returns window. After the returns window has closed, the status of the item will then update to “sold”.

Once an item is “sold” your Thrift+ or FarFatch account will be credited or the donation for your chosen charity will be automatically generated and we will send you an email with your sale breakdown.

If during this time, the item is returned and re-listed its status will then revert to “live”.
