Every time an item is ordered, its status will appear as “pending sale” in the seller dashboard to reflect the 30-day returns window. After the returns window has closed, the status of the item will then update to “sold”.
Once an item is “sold” your Thrift+ account will be updated and your earnings will be reflected in your preferred earnings choice (credits, cash payouts, donations). We will also send you an email with your sale breakdown.
If during this time, the item is returned and re-listed its status will then revert to “live”.
