If something’s not for you, you can return it within 30 days to get a full refund.

To request a return, you need to use the Thrift+ Returns Portal. Head to to send it back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To send an item back, you’ll need to cover the cost of postage. Once we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a full refund (either your payment, Thrift+ Credit, or a mix of both).

The Thrift+ tag with SKU information must still be attached. If it has fallen off, please ensure it is in the parcel. Items that we receive without tags are not eligible for refunds.
