We do our best to make secondhand seamless, but every now and then we make mistakes.

If we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong item, we’re sorry for the mixup. We’ll get it fixed as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to you. And make sure every piece of pre-loved ends up in the right wardrobe.
