To request a return, you need to use the Thrift+ Returns Portal. Head to thrift.plus/returns to send it back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days and in the same condition that you received it.
To send an item back, you’ll need to cover the cost of postage. Once we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a full refund (either your payment, Thrift+ Points, or a mix of both).
The Thrift+ tag with SKU information must still be attached. If it has fallen off, please ensure it is in the parcel. Items that we receive without tags may not be eligible for refunds.
