I’ve entered the wrong bank details and you’ve processed my payout. How do I get my payout?

Once we’ve initiated the transfer of your earnings, we are unable to retrieve funds sent to an incorrect account. So, it's really important to double-check those bank details on your Thrift+ account to make sure everything's spot-on.
