We usually dispatch items within 1-3 day working days. We’ll email you when your order is on its way.

If you haven't received your dispatch email after a couple of days, it’s a good idea to check your junk folder.

Once your order is with our shipping partner, it usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive at your door. If your item hasn't arrived after 15 working days, please sound the alarm. Drop us a message from your dashboard with your order number.
