I haven't received my refund

Once your return is received, we will check your items and send you a notification email to confirm. During busy periods, this may take up to 14 days from the date we received the parcel from the courier.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your order was placed with both Thrift+ credit and a credit card, the refund method will depend on the refund value and the amount initially covered by each payment method used.

If after 7 days you've still not received your refund, send us a message with your order number and we'll be happy to look into that for you.
