We’ll do everything we can to find your item a new home. This might mean we offer a discount to help it along. Before your items go live, you'll get the chance to edit your pricing.

To give your item the best chance of being re-homed, we'll put it in front of hundreds of thousands of people over eBay and our site.

We want to make sure all items are given a new life, and discounting the price is the best way to find the item a new home. So, if your item doesn't sell after 2 weeks, we'll gradually discount the price, by up to 70%, to help it sell.

If an item doesn’t sell after 6 months, we may choose to retire it. We’ll either donate it to charity or responsibly recycle it.

We aren’t able to return items that don’t sell.
