Before submitting your request, please note that once your account is closed, it is no longer accessible by you or anyone else, and it cannot be restored. All order, item and credit data will be disassociated from your personal details. If you decide later to start using our service again, you'll need to create a new account.
To request your account to be deleted, log into your account and select 'Personal details' from the dashboard. You can click on this link here to log in.
Once the page has loaded, click on 'Delete account' to initiate the request, as seen below:
Once selected, you'll be prompted to confirm that you would like to close your account. To continue with the request present the Confirm button, as seen below:
You'll then see a pop-up message to confirm that the request to have your account deleted has been received. Once processed, you'll get a confirmation email to let you know that we're in the process of deleting your account and personal information. This may take up to 30 days.
Please note, you may continue to receive emails during the 30 days but once your data has been deleted, you'll no longer receive these.
As part of the request, we will delete all personal data relating to you, such as your name, email address and payment details.
We do not delete analytical data regarding your usage of our website. However, this information is anonymised and does not contain any of your personal data.
Additionally, we do not delete any information relating to an order or financial transaction as these are kept for accounting and auditing purposes.
