I can't log into my account

If you've recently joined, you may not have authenticated your account by clicking on the link in the authentication email we sent you when you first signed up.

Click on the link in the email and you'll be good to go.

If you can't find the email, check your junk folder, as it may make its way in there. But failing that, send us a message and we'll resend it to you.

If you didn't join recently and are still having issues logging into your account, send us a message, with details of the issue you're experiencing, and we'll look into this for you.

When you message us please include the email linked to your account.
